Join us at Wine + Beer on May 20th at 6PM for a special evening with noted local winemaker Graham Tatomer!  Enjoy a 5 course pairing menu designed to highlight these delicious Tatomer wines and listen as Graham guides you through the strengths and subtleties of each pairing.

Tickets are $75 per person, include service charge & tax and can be purchased here. (Guests must be 21 years of age or older)

First Course:

Hamachi crudo with grapefruit and cucumber

 

Second Course:

2015 Tatomer Paragon Grüner Veltliner, Edna Valley

Asparagus with prosciutto, burrata and Meyer lemon vinaigrette

 

Third Course:

2016 Tatomer Meeresboden Grüner Veltliner, Santa Barbara County

Minted nectarine and arugula salad with ginger lime vinaigrette

 

Fourth Course:

2014 Tatomer Kick-on Ranch Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara County

Pinot noir-braised short ribs with beet and Yukon gold gratin, roasted peppers

 

Fifth Course:

2014 Tatomer Vandenberg Riesling, Santa Barbara County

Cheese plate with Comté, Saga Blue Brie and Gruyère
