It’s Taco Tuesday at the Public Market and Los Agaves is back! They will be poppin’ up in The Kitchen at the Santa Barbara Public Market Tuesday May 19 and serving up a delicious menu inspired by coastal Mexico street foods!

Los Agaves will be in The Kitchen every Tuesday this month, serving lunch from 11am-2pm or dinner from 5-8:30pm! So join us this Tuesday and on the 26th to get a taste of this exclusive Mexican Taqueria style menu:

Cochinita Pibil Tacos

Pork marinated in achiote & guajillo adobo, slow-cooked in banana leaves, topped with red onions

 Lengua Tacos

Beef tongue topped with tomatillo sauce

 Calabazitas Tacos

Sautéed zucchini, corn, onions, tomato, topped with cotija cheese

 Chorizo con Papas Tacos

Homemade chorizo sautéed with potatoes topped with fresh cilantro

 Barbacoa Tacos

Slow cook beef in special guajillo sauce, topped with onions and cilantro

Tacos del Mar

Shrimp or halibut taco with chipotle sauce, and topped with sautéed cabbage and mango

 Taco de Mole

Chicken breast taco topped with mole sauce

Vampiro

Crispy tortilla with melted cheese, steak, topped with cilantro and onions
