About Libertine: From San Luis Obispo and founded in 2012. All of their beers are made in their 9,000 sq ft facility right in town. All of their wild ales send the night in an open-top coolship. This process allows the local wild yeasts of the SLO area to naturally start the fermentation process. Relying on the environment gives their beers a true central coast flavor. Sounds delicious.
What is a Tap Takeover? It’s an opportunity to share with you hard-to-find and small-batch beers from your favorite brewer. We usually have 8-10 taps dedicated to the brewery that night, and most often someone from the brewery comes to hang out. They might even bring some swag to share with you early birds.
