Thursday, September 10th from 6 – 7pm, join The Accidental Chef Leslie Thomas in The Kitchen as she prepares fresh fruit every which way… as a soup, salsa or snazzy snack! Guests are invited to explore the versatility of fresh summer fruit, including the various ways it can be prepared and served. In this class we will explore three very distinct preparations that require minimal cooking:
* Grilled Stone Fruits
* Chilled Strawberry Soup
* Watermelon Salsa over Salmon
